As CEO of Valor Compounding Pharmacy, Rick leverages his 29 years of experience and entrepreneurship in the pharmacy industry to help set the bar for Valor as a recognized compounding center of excellence for 503a compounding pharmacy in the United States. He has a proven track record of leading medication adherence efforts, selling pharmacy automation solutions, and owning independent pharmacies.
His core competencies include the overall business of pharmacy, sales process and operations, strategic selling, and team building. Rick’s passionate about building the business and connecting potential customers with Valor. Valor’s customers are prescribing providers, integrated delivery networks, health systems, employers, benefit companies, and other strategic partners. Rick’s an ambassador of Valor’s interests, and leads a world-class executive team to build and position the company for success. Valor solves problems and creates solutions to earn the trust and confidence of their partners and customers.

Oscar A. Gastelum is a man of God, a devoted husband, a father of two, and a battle-tested entrepreneur with over 27 years of leadership in finance and private money lending nationwide. Residing in Rancho Santa Fe, California, Oscar’s life is grounded in faith, family, and a relentless pursuit of purpose.
As the host and Co-founder of the ManUp3 Movement Podcast and Community/Movement, Oscar is on a mission to challenge, equip, and encourage strong men to rise into their God-given roles—as husbands, fathers, leaders, and warriors in their homes and communities. He brings the same passion, discipline, and vision that built his reputation in the world of finance into conversations that matter most—faith, family, and legacy.
Known for his strategic mindset and ability to execute, Oscar has guided investors and developers through every stage of real estate funding—from fix-and-flips to ground-up construction, commercial, hospitality and multifamily ventures. But his true calling is higher: to help men lead with integrity, live with conviction, and leave a legacy that honors God.
